  7.  A. This is the start of a long outline.  Most of it is hidden.  If you
  8.     look in the second column from the far right (the 79th column) in
  9.     the last row of this outline entry, you will see a down arrow.
  10.     This down arrow means that there are more sub-entries (children) to
  11.     this outline.  Because it is in reverse video, they are also
  12.     temporarily hidden from view.  To unhide these children, position
  13.     the cursor anywhere in this outline element and PRESS THE GRAY PLUS
